1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Pingr, a service that lets you organize events, manage a personal contact book, and receive automatic reminders.
2. Access to the service
Access to Pingr requires creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
3. User commitments
- Provide accurate information when creating your profile.
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to harass others.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication or security mechanisms.
- Respect others' rights, in particular regarding personal data.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you publish on Pingr (event titles, messages, photos). You grant Pingr a non-exclusive license to use this content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Service availability
We make every effort to ensure continuity of service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be suspended for maintenance or upgrades.
6. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile > Account > Delete my account). This action is irreversible and results in the immediate deletion of all your data, except for technical logs kept for a maximum of 12 months to meet our legal obligations.
7. Limitation of liability
Pingr shall not be liable for any indirect damage or data loss resulting from non-compliant use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the previous twelve months (zero if no payment was made).
8. Changes to the terms
These terms may change. Any substantial modification will be notified to you by email or via the app at least 30 days before taking effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to public policy rules and in particular the protective provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
